Dieting doesn’t mean torture, it’s just a healthy lifestyle with lotsof benefits. The perfect body shape is everyone dream. Whether you want to lose weight to impress your friends or for the just satisfaction. The main important thing is to be in a perfect body shape.

For some hard work, you can achieve your desired shape but the problem comes when you have to sustain that shape. You need to make some lifestyle variations in order to either lose weight or maintain weight.

Instead of having traditional three big meals, you should have six small meals. You need to stick to healthy food; no proceed food is acceptable. Natural things should be your devotion. Your breakfast should be king-sized, your lunch should be reasonable and your dinner should be poor. No carbohydrates in your evening meal; it should be light.

Diet Plans to Maintain your Weight

Maintaining weight is more challenging as once we reach our desired shape, we think we can now eat everything like we used to. Eat natural and eat healthy foods. We usually follow specific diet plans and at one fact we realize that we are either fixed. Eat like variation, never eat the same things more than a week; we have masses of things around to eat, so try new things.

In the Morning

You can have egg but in different methods like half-fried, boiled, pizza-style, vegetable-loaded, and whatever you like it. Alongside with eggs twice in a week, you can have whole wheat roti. Brown bread not recommended.

In a Day

You should have three snacks. Your day should be something like: breakfast-snack, lunch-snack, and dinner-snack. The last snack is non-compulsory, if you are hungry after dinner, you can have some of nuts. For snacks, fruits, nuts and juices are recommended. Fruits are healthy, so make sure you take it little bit too.

In a Lunch

You can have vegetable-loaded things, potatoes, chicken, and variety of kebabs, spinach, haleem, red beans, and many other things. Make sure everything is cooked in very little oil.

In a Dinner

You can have chicken soups, vegetables, tikka, and kebabs. After dinner, make sure you work out for 30 minutes minimum every day.
