As the climate starts cooling up, we need to look after our hands and feet much more. Wintry weather can get cracked lips, dehydrated skin and dried heels luckily it’s very simple to give them an ultimate care at home. All you require are the correct gear and a little manicure-pedicure expertise.
When it comes to pleasing my skin, I am not a follower of using huge amount of money on buying products. Simple yet beautiful. So let’s start how to make our skin fresher and more beautiful than ever with just small following steps.

HANDS

The skin of your hand is delicate than the rest of your body and has smaller amount of oil glands. That means work a little more to keep hands moist, especially in chilly, dried out weather conditions. This can show the way to skin complaint like itching and cracking.  The main tip is to keep your hand clean and moisturize.

Give your hands warm bath daily in dry weather and in summer’s alternate days. What you need for this is a container big enough to hold your hand. Fill with warm water (temperature you can tolerate). Add few drops of your favorite hand wash or shampoo and few drops of lemon juice. Keep a spare toothbrush with you. Dip your hands in it for at least 7_8 minutes. After taking them out, scrub your hand with this brush gently specially the darker parts. Pat them dry. Then apply some good moisturizer.

Make a mixture of gram flour, turmeric powder and lemon juice (if thick add little milk) .apply on your hands. Scrub the knuckles. Keep it on for ten minutes. Wash it. Repeat it twice a week. You will see a huge difference.

Another tip is in a small container you have to make a paste. Take two tablespoon of petroleum jelly and two tablespoon of coconut oil. Mix well and store in container. After every two hours apply on your hands especially before sleeping. This will make them soft and no skin dryness.

FACE

During winters you have to give extra time to your skin otherwise it will get use to itchiness and dry skin following redness.

I will share information to look after the skin of all types. But a suggestion for dry skin is that please limit the use of soap on your skin .it will further dry your skin .Wash your face 2-3 times during daytime and deep rinse at nighttime ahead of going to bed. Take some milk in a bowl and with the help of cotton apply on your face scrubbing the features specially nose and upper lip. Do it for few minutes and then wash it. Do it once daily.

Another tip is take some baking powder, toothpaste and drops of water. Make a paste and apply on your nose. Keep for few minutes till all dried. Scrub it and wash it. This helps in reducing white heads and black heads.

There’s not anything similar to a homemade mask to make you feel lively all over again. Face masks are one of the most antique form of beauty handling and helps in keeping the skin even, shiny and good looking. Take 2 spoons of yogurt in a bowl. Add in it two drops of lemon juice and pinch turmeric powder. Add one spoon of honey. Make a paste. If you have dry skin, add one spoon coconut oil. If you have oily skin please avoid oil. Apply on your face. Leave for ten minutes and then wash it with water. Pat dry.

FEET

It’s more significant than always to be concerned about your feet and toes throughout the winter period it will keep your foot contented during the season and beautiful afterwards too.

As I discussed above for hands, almost same tips for feet. Dip your feet in warm water containing some hand wash and lemon juice drops ( add few drops of glycerin) for 10 minutes .This will relax your feet and calm your body.  you need a scrubber for it. After ten minutes scrub your toes and specially the heels to take off dry and dead skin. After they are dried apply some moisturizer.

Similarly like hands, apply the coconut and petroleum jelly mixture on your feet and then wear socks. Do this two times in a day during winter particularly before sleeping. You will notice that you now have soft and supple skin.

SOME KEY TIPS
