We need desserts everyday probably every night as Pakistani s has a sweet tooth. We have forceful approach for desserts and if you neglect a dessert after a food, you might feel unfilled, have the sensation of missing a bit important, and you will not consider that you have had a food. Of course. Desserts are essential

 None of the events are completed whether it may be “Eid”or a wedding dinner or a milad. I must say that our Pakistani desserts have rich flavors and no one can refuse to accept them.

I am sharing top ten desserts all of us love. But I like to include that these desserts are evergreen regardless of any occasion or season. We Pakis love them and I cannot rate them from 1_10, hence sharing all ten and all are number 1 according to most of us.

1 Kheer/ Feerni/ Sheer Khurma

 It is a really all-around dish. Mixture of right amount of rice and nuts make it extremely yummy and healthy at the same time and is prepared with milk. The dish is a mouth-watering and carefully flavored dessert, just right for the end of a spicy feast.

The memories linked with Ramadan and Eid are blissful, filled with love, the exquisite sheer khurma. Made again with milk and dates in it. One of the best is accessible at kheer house in Karachi. Do give it a try.

2 Ras Malai

Basically a dairy sweet consisting of small, smooth cakes of homemade cheese (curd cheese) floating in sugary condense milk, with little pistachios on top.

Rasmalai is an extravagant sweet frequently served in weddings and eaten on extraordinary occasions. Rehmat e sheerin is famous for its ras malai.

3 Gajar ka Halwa

It is a pudding like dish. It is made of as the name says carrots which are grated and then cooked in milk. Served with khoya and nuts this makes it heavenly. Made with few ingredients but it is worth making.

4 Lab e Shireen

Lab e Shireen is a yummy sweet dessert, whose procedure was introduced lately .Before the Labe Shireen, we only knew kheer, halwa or sheer khurma as after mealtime desserts. However, this dessert has tremendously swapped the ways sweets were served

It is made with milk, corn flour, different colored jellies, fruit cocktail and multicolored noodles. Other added extras like different nuts and almonds are included for taste and fragrance. It has also turn out to be trendy party dish and you would see in marriage service and related ceremonies, lab e shireen as sweet dish being served after the feast.

5 Rabri

Rabri is a traditional sweet. A rich dessert that is a combination of reduced creamy milk and bits of cream (top of milk) that is lightly sweetened with sugar and essence with saffron and cardamom powder. It is cooked little in a different way instead of creamy, rabri is lumpy .sometime served with pancakes or jalebi. I can in a minute eat it off in a bowl just like that. Rabri is a specialty of Hyderabad. And matka rabri of Hyderabad has no match.

6 Barfi

 Barfi is a solid milk foundation sweet confectionery. The main component of plain barfi includes condensed milk and sugar.  Different types of Barfi differ in their color and consistency. It is made in different flavors like. Pistachio barfi, Coconut barfi and so on.

7 Kulfi

It is an icy dairy dessert. Kulfi is typically prepared by evaporating sweetened milk via time-consuming cooking. Different flavors are added to ones taste. The semi-condensed mix up is then freeze in stiff preserved containers. Peshawri kulfi and matka kulfi are the most wanted ones in Pakistan.

8 Gulab jamun

This scrumptious indulgence consists of supple, small dumplings that are usually made of thickened or condensed milk and saturated in rose-flavored sugar syrup. It is prepared chiefly from milk solids, traditionally from newly curd milk. It is frequently decorated with dried nuts develop taste.

9 Jalebi

It is a dessert which is crusty, sugary, soothing and very addictive. The touch of sweet Jalebi is hard on the outer surface and supple and syrupy when you sink your teeth into it. This sweet is served hot or cold. In Pakistan usually people like in Ramadan after opening their fast as it helps them to overcome the sugar in body.

10 Suji ka halwa

Usually suji (semolina) ka halwa is made on auspicious and religious occasions. But it is a very main component of Pakistani breakfast as it is served with poori and chana curry. Usually it is served as it is. But people also like mixing with khoya and nuts to enhance flavor.

11 Cakes:
